Access up to 3 Twitter accounts from your Android phone
HootSuite is a functional, if uninspiring, Twitter client for your Android device.
If you like a minimalist interface, HootSuite will appeal to you. This Twitter app has a crisp, clean appearance with a minimum of options on the Home Feed. Scroll across your screen to access tabs for mentions, sent tweets and direct messages, etc. or hit the menu key for more settings.
These tabs can be added and removed as you like, but there are no other customization options available with HootSuite. Tweeting is easy, and there's a built-in URL shortener and direct image upload features, just to make life easier.
Although there's nothing wrong with HootSuite, there's nothing very interesting about it either. It's certainly uncluttered and easy to use, and it does support up to 3 Twitter accounts, but it just seems a little underwhelming. Try HootSuite out by all means, but personally, we won't be rushing to use this little app any time soon.
